SUMMER20 Promotion Terms

1. Eligibility: This offer is valid for new customers only upon their initial purchase. Existing subscribers or accounts with previous service history are not eligible.

2. Application of Discount: The 20% discount applies strictly to the base plan price. This discount does not apply to:

   1. Taxes, regulatory fees, or surcharges.

   2. Add-ons, premium features, or overage charges.

   3. One-time setup or implementation fees.

3. Duration: The discount is applied for the first three (3) billing cycles. Following the conclusion of the three-month promotional period, the subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard retail rate unless cancelled by the user.

4. Code Redemption: The promo code must be entered at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

5. General Restrictions:

   1. Limit one (1) promo code per customer or entity.

   2. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or bulk pricing agreements.

   3. Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
