Resolving Text Conversations: Know Who Responded and When
Messages are automatically resolved whenever you reply to or forward a message.
After our 7.6 update, hovering over the resolved checkbox of a conversation now shows the time and email of the person who resolved it.
Resolving Texts Mini Guide
You can resolve or unresolve a message at any time by checking or unchecking its resolved box. Hovering over the resolved checkbox of a conversation now shows the time and email of the person who resolved it.
All unresolved messages will appear at the top of the Conversations queue, so you can quickly see which messages need attention. Unresolved messages are always white, while resolved messages are gray. You can filter your conversations view based on resolved or unresolved messages.
